At Hale Bob, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to ensure your items are sent back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
